Your Mission
- Identify your phase: Ask yourself: Am I in the midst of something new (Transition)? Am I ready to sprint after a big goal (Build)? Or am I looking to maintain consistent output (Steady State)?
- Tune your rhythm and find your flow
- Transition: Dedicate time for research, reflection, and experimentation.
- Build: Lock in intense work sprints. Eliminate distractions and push hard on the few key tasks that drive big results.
- Steady State: Continue your routines but schedule check-ins to ensure you’re not drifting into autopilot.
- Connect your Theme → Persona → Phase: Harmonize the Theme and Persona you mapped out in Lesson 1 with how you will prioritize making the right decisions in this phase.
